General Purpose
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales and marketing activities in the assigned market and in the assigned organizational Sales target. To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Develops a Sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares and executes action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets, new training programs.
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans for corporate training.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales team
  • Prepare and maintain an effective commission policy for the sales team and the other staffs.
  • Develop strategy for efficient placement for all our students.
  • Develop and implement online marketing strategy for the organization.
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
  • Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
  • Develop pricing strategy
  • Liaison with media and advertising
 
Education and Experience
  • Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Proven track record of continuous success in previous assignments
  • Proven experience in online marketing.
