Responsibilities

Design and develop superior technical solutions based on MicrosoFt .Net platform.
Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Effectively lead a team of software engineers of various roles.
Lead the research on new technologies and propose elegant business and robust technical solutions.
Communicates and enforces coding and design standards.
Review work of team(design & code).
Prepare and deliver informative, well-organized presentations.
Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Manage client expectations effectively.
Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
Challenge the team members to develop as leaders while serving as a role model.

Skills

At least 2 years of solution design & architecture and systems integration experience.
Ability and enthusiasm in exploring and learning new technologies.
Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines.
Strong complex database concepts as well as the implications of different database designs.
Demonstrated work experience with more than one relational database management system.
Strong Object Oriented Design Concepts and well versed in Design patterns.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft .Net platform and programming skills in C#.
Strong Web development skills on technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript etc.
Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.
Expert knowledge of XML family.
Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
Experience in API design and in using third party libraries.
Strong understanding of various SDLC Methodologies.
Strong knowledge of Test Driven Developent.
Experience in building Web Services.
Understands browser specific compatibility issues.
Understands the benefits of the various design methodologies and object oriented environments.

Experience

Minimum two years experience in the relevant technologies in true software development environment, out of which, one year in a leadership role.
