- Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions based on Microsoft .Net platform.
- Understands standard systems development life cycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
- Follow project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Research and explore new technologies and propose elegant business and robust technical solutions.
- Communicates and enforces coding and design standards.
- Follow the coding best practices
- Communicate effectively within the team, to produce the most effective team work.
- Suggest areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

- Ability and enthusiasm in exploring and learning new technologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines.
- Strong complex database concepts.
- Demonstrated work experience with at least one relational database management system.
- Strong Object Oriented Design Concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft .Net platform and programming skills in C#.
- Strong Web development skills on technologies such as HTML, CSS, AJAX, Javascript etc.
- Intermediate level knowledge of XML family.
- Possesses significant knowledge of client server and internet systems architectures.
- Experience in following Microsoft .Net API (MSDN Library).
- Strong understanding of SDLC Methodologies.
- Understands browser specific compatibility issues.

- Minimum six months experience in the relevant technologies in true software development environment that builds commercial softwares.
