Responsibilities

Understand and document business process management and business requirements of the customers and translate them to specific software requirements.
Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organization and industry.
Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
Assist the development team in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
Communicates and applies project standards.
Leads testing efforts.
Accurately and efficiently executes test plans.
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Works with client personnel to identify required changes.
Communicates needed changes to development team.
Proactively carries out project support /administrative functions.
